Pricing and Payment
LiTIS ltd. pricing policy
Currently our rates are as below. All rates are tax inclusive. For non-technical translation:
- 0 - 1000 words: £75 per 1000 words (subject to the minimum fee of £25);
- 1000 - 2000 words: £70 per 1000 words;
- more than 2000 words: £65 per 1000 words.
For technical translation:
- 0 - 1000 words: £85 per 1000 words (subject to the minimum fee of £25);
- 1000 - 2000 words: £80 per 1000 words;
- more than 2000 words: £75 per 1000 words.
If a document to be translated is in electronic format (.doc, .docx, .pdf, etc.) then the charge is calculated based on the number of words in the original document. Otherwise, the charge is calculated based on the number of words in the translated document.
Certification Costs

- Translators certificate/LiTIS ltd. certificate - £1.00;
- Solicitor's stamp - £8-10;
- Notary stamp - price varies depending on the type of the document;
- Apostille - price varies depending on the type of the document;
Payment Options
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Direct deposit into our bank account (nr. 44552858) either in any NatWest branch or by using online banking. This is currently the most popular method for payment;
- PayPal - direct your payment to LiTIS ltd;
- Cheques to LiTIS ltd. (from UK-based companies);
- Cheques to LiTIS ltd. (individuals and companies based outside of the UK): cheques must clear before any translations can be sent.
